Days 8-30: Contribution

Ship at least one scoped change with a full PR.
Pair on a medium-sized task to learn team patterns.
Document one unclear process you encounter.

Days 31-60: Ownership

Own a feature or component end-to-end.
Improve tests or reliability in an existing area.
Present a short demo or write-up of what you shipped.

Days 61-90: Deepening Impact

Identify a meaningful system improvement and propose a plan.
Lead a PR review or small release.
Align with your manager on growth goals for the next quarter.
